Terms & Conditions – RHS Community App
1. Preamble
The RHS Community App is operated under the auspices of the Rashtriya Hindu Sangathan and technically supported by Yugantar Cybernetics Pvt. Ltd.
This platform is not a commercial marketplace but a Sangathanic medium of Seva, Samarpan, and Sanatan Dharma–based collective empowerment.
By registering, subscribing or contributing through this App, every Karyakarta, Padadhikari, and Nav-Sadasya affirms:
- Loyalty to the Sangathan’s Constitution and discipline.
- Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as binding rules of conduct.
- Commitment to use the platform only for constructive, cultural, and organizational objectives.
2. Membership & Subscriptions
- Nature of Membership: Subscription to plans (Seva Sankalp, Kartavyanishtha, Sanatan Sanrakshak, or any updated categories) is not a commercial contract but a pledge of service (Seva Sankalp).
- Activation: Membership becomes active only after successful payment confirmation via UPI, card, or net banking.
- Duration: Each plan has a defined validity period. Renewal is required for continued access.
- Non-Transferable: Membership is strictly personal and cannot be sold, transferred, or shared.
4. Code of Conduct
Members must uphold discipline, dignity, and Sanatan values. Specifically:
- Sanatan Values: All posts, contributions, and communications must respect Sanatan Dharma, Rashtriya Ekta, and Sangathan’s honor.
- Prohibited Use:
- Posting obscene, defamatory, unlawful, or anti-national content.
- Misusing the App for commercial profiteering, political propaganda (outside Sangathan’s mandate), or spreading misinformation.
- Attempting unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse of another member’s account.
- Disciplinary Action: Violations may lead to suspension, cancellation of membership, or organizational disciplinary proceedings.
5. Services & Responsibilities
- Modules Offered: The App includes Sahyog, Subscriptions, RHS Bazaar (E-commerce, Grocery, Pharmacy, Food, Farming, Parcel), Community Interaction, and Dharmic Campaigns.
- Member Responsibility: Users must engage with these services responsibly, ethically, and in the spirit of collective seva.
- Sangathan’s Limitation: The Sangathan is not liable for delays, third-party errors, or technical disruptions beyond reasonable control.
6. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
- Secure Processing: All payments are processed through trusted Payment Gateways in compliance with RBI & NPCI guidelines.
- Refunds:
- Subscriptions: Non-refundable once activated.
- Sahyog: Non-refundable (except in cases of duplicate/failed transaction).
- Goods/Services (if applicable): Governed by a separate Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- Cancellations: Future renewals may be cancelled anytime via the App, but no partial or pro-rata refunds are issued.
7. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
- Sangathan’s Property: All names, logos, dhwaj, app design, content, and materials are the intellectual heritage of the Rashtriya Hindu Sangathan.
- User Content: Any content (posts, comments, uploads) shared by members becomes part of the Sangathan’s collective intellectual archive.
- Restrictions: Unauthorized duplication, resale, or misuse of Sangathan content is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal Data: Member information (name, contact details, payment references, location) shall be protected in accordance with the RHS Privacy Policy.
- Usage: Data is used only for membership management, organizational communication, and seva-related purposes.
- Non-Sharing: No member data will be sold, traded, or disclosed without lawful authority or explicit Sangathan mandate.
9. Dispute Resolution & Grievance Mechanism
- Internal Resolution: All disputes must first be raised through the Sangathan’s Grievance Redressal Mechanism.
- Legal Jurisdiction: If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, Bharat.
- Grievance Officer: A designated officer will serve as the nodal point for complaints, as per details in the Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
The Sangathan reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions to comply with evolving laws, app store requirements, or organizational needs.
Updates will be notified via the App/Website. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Final Provision
These Terms & Conditions are not merely operational rules but a living embodiment of Sangathanic discipline, Sanatan Dharma, and Rashtriya Seva.
By using this App, every member partakes in this sacred collective vow.
